Turk (Yellow dog): “Hey, he’s taking a picture! I’ll show how big my ears are.”
Rudy (Brown dog): “What? Huh? Oh, another picture. Can I go back to sleep?”
Last weekend, Katie and I came home from a late evening outing only to find 10 (yes, we counted) dog puke stains on our NEW carpet. 10 - in one evening – that’s a lot. We don’t know for certain which dog did it, so we blame Turk. Why not? He destroyed our last carpet by chewing giant holes in it. Yesterday, he tracked poo in and spread that around the carpet. Katie was kind and took the doggy doody duty. I took pooch puke patrol. Thankfully, we own a carpet cleaning machine.
Katie suggested that it is practice for when our kid will make messes and we should learn to laugh about it. I pray that our child doesn’t try to recolor our floors with poo and puke.
Darn Turkey Butt (we think).

We found a carpet cleaner made by Bissell called a Spot-bot. You fill it with the appropriate cleaning solution, put the brush thingee down over the spot, push the button and it beeps when it is done.
On second thought, there MAY be a slight difference is the output between your dogs and ours.
Anyway, it is a thought.

I’ll look into it. My problem with our current cleaner is that, while it is good at the cleaning part, it doesn’t have a very strong vacuum. It leaves too much water in the carpet. I have to get out the accessory hose and really pull up the water. It works, but it is pretty slow going.
Does the Spot-bot do a decent job at drying the area after it has cleaned it?
Ben,
Ann says she gets damp, but not soggy. Hope that helps

Ben, I have a spot bot you’re welcome to use… Henry grew out of that phase… his tastes have shifted over to vomiting on the cool tile.
Turk and Rudy have such different expressions. They crack me up! LOL! Their quotes/dialogue adequately suites them!
