So here was Sunday’s Itenerary:
7:15 AM – Wake up and shower
7:45 AM – Ready to go to church (but Katie is still getting ready)
7:46 AM – Kate reminds me that church is at 8:30, not 8
8:30 AM – Church
9:40 AM – Return home, change clothes, let dogs out
10:45 AM – Go to Best Buy – buy Wii games
11:15 AM – Go to register at baby store
12:43 PM – Getting really hungry
1:43 PM - Katie says we’re almost done and then we can go eat
3:00 PM – Walk out of baby store
3:01 PM – Katie thanks me repeatedly for not leaving early and making her take the bus home
3:15 PM – Lunch… oh thank you Lord. Lunch!
4:30 PM – Back home
4:40 PM – Begin woodworking project to compensate for an afternoon spent comparing breast pumps and such
4:45 PM – Katie goes online and continues baby registry shopping now that she doesn’t have me pacing nearby

Make your wife take the bus home? And miss out on all that great shopping! You’ve gotta be kidding.
I can save some confusion about the pumps. When I ‘shopped’ for mine the best option around, and from everything I hear it STILL is is the Madella Pump-in-Style.
I think that is the one that Katie picked out. After she reviewed all of the options on the shelf, that is the one I got to ZAP with the laser gun they loaned me.
Medela, all the way – I’ll (almost) be sad to give it up once I ween Lily.
It was probably very boring for you and even though you were starving it makes you a very good hubby not to make your wife ride home on the bus.
