My wife occasionally reminds me that I can be… fussy. Well, here I go again. It’s fussin’ time.
This evening we went to a shopping mall to see if we could find Lucy a cute Halloween outfit on sale. Walking in, I was immediately confronted by garlands, bows, twinkling lights, and yes… Christmas Trees.
I always thought that the Christmas decorations come after Thanksgiving. We haven’t even had Halloween yet. We’ve just barely cleared Labor Day and Columbus Day. We still have to have Veterans Day before we can celebrate turkey day. Only THEN can we say that Christmas is coming.
Stupid mall.
Oh, yes, we got her something cute for Halloween. Nothing too fancy. And yes, after 4 or 5 stores, we did find one on sale. Go Kate!
