The weekend after Thanksgiving, we put up our Christmas Lights. We changed out our regular incandescent lights for the new warm glow LEDs. They look the same, but they use a lot less power. Therefore, we can put up a LOT more lights (which we did!).
The first picture is this year’s lights. The second one is last year’s. This year we added the ridgeline, the bushes, the trees, and also lit up the fence and the back of the roof (insert mad scientist laugh here). Kate said that next year I should also light up the chimney. I immediately agreed and started planning my trip back to Home Depot for more lights. She stopped me and emphasized NEXT YEAR.
