For those of you who have never met my younger brother, he is a former camera assistant in the movie business.  He spent his early career working behind the scenes with film cameras.  Despite quitting the film trade and going for more school, he has apparently started a second career in the props department.  His neighbors have got to be THRILLED to have such a movie icon displayed proudly in the front window for all to see.  Remeber this movie quote?
 
   “Only one thing in the world could’ve dragged me away from the soft glow of electric sex gleaming in the window…”

A lot has happened in the past few months.  So here is yet another image dump of Happenings!  I promise to be better at updating this year….one of my resolutions

December…Christmas at home; then off to Florida with the Coate Clan

They hired Patrick’s old friend, Khara, to be their wedding photographer.  I was thrilled to hear that she was coming down from Nebraska to shoot the event.  Ever since I saw her photo work (11 - 12 years ago), I have always admired her creative and artistic skills with a camera.  There is no way that I could take a better photo than her, so (with her permission – which I did ask for) I would like to share a few photos.

Patrick’s groom’s cake was a big hit at the reception.  He made it.  No, not the cake… the dog.

Of course, no blog entry would be complete without a darling picture of Lucy.
